  • June 26th (Friday), 5pm to 9pm early check-in at Mexico Lindo in Pleasanton, players still must play Saturday
  • June 27th (Saturday), check-in prior to a player's first played game, no check-in Sunday

Friday, June 26, 2026

  • Early Check-in. Players may check-in at Mexico Lindo between 5pm to 9pm ( 6690 Koll Center Pkwy, Pleasanton, CA 94566 ).
  • Player's can only check-in early if the manager has sent a finalized roster by the due date.
  • Players must present a government issued ID at check-in
  • Players must still play in a game Saturday to be able to play Sunday.

Saturday, June 27, 2026

  • Parking is an unfortunate challenge at the fields. This is the largest soccer facility in Livermore for the event. We have spread teams out to help manage this. Additional details in the Field Map section.
  • Player check-in is between fields 2 and 3 on Saturday prior to their first game. See the field map below for the location.
  • Check-in will open at 7:00am
  • Players must confirm their acceptance of the terms, conditions, and waivers at check-in and receive a wrist band that is to be used for the entirity of the weekend.

There is no check-in on Sunday.

Players must have checked-in and played a game on Saturday. Lost wristbands will cost $20 to reissue after confirmation of a game played on Saturday. If a player can not be confirmed as having played on Saturday then the tournament staff reserves the right to withhold the wristband despite the player or manager's claims.

There are no medical services onsite. For medical emergencies or crimes in progress dial 9-1-1. For non-emergencies / non-life threatening situations call 925-371-4987.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the June Cup invitational co-ed soccer tournament, I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE TOURNAMENT ORGANIZING COMMITTEE, THE LIVERMORE AREA RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT THE O.S.S.S.L., P.A.S.S., F.A.C.E.S., IT’S COUNCIL, IT’S OFFICIALS AND COMMISSIONERS, DANNY WILLIAMS, VOLUNTEERS, AND THE CITY OF LIVERMORE, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN SAID TOURNAMENT. I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this tournament. I further understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during soccer matches and that participants occasionally sustain mortal, serious personal injuries or property damage. Knowing the risk associated with playing soccer, nevertheless, I hereby agree to personally assume those risk and release and hold harmless all the persons and/or entities previously mentioned who, through negligence or carelessness, or any other act or omission might otherwise be liable to me or my heirs, executors, assigns or administrator for damages of any kind. I further agree to indemnify and to hold the above mentioned parties free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which I may occur as a result of any injury and/or property damage that I may sustain while participating in this tournament/activity. I am fully aware that the above mentioned parties carry no medical insurance for any participant and that I am solely responsible for securing my own insurance and that my team is responsible for securing its own insurance. My participation is voluntary and is done at my own risk. I agree to accept and abide by the rules and regulations set by the tournament organizing committee, volunteers, the City of Livermore, the L.A.R.P.D., O.S.S.S.L., F.A.C.E.S, D.A.S.L and P.A.S.S. In addition to the rules there are also standards of behavior called the “code of conduct” My signature on this form indicates that I agree to abide by the rules of the “code”. Failure to abide by these rules may result in disciplinary action which may result in my suspension from this activity for life, depending on the severity of my actions. This release is intended to discharge in advance all sponsoring and affiliated organizations from any and all liability arising out of negligence or carelessness on their part which might contribute to a claim for damages as a result of my participation in this tournament. Furthermore, I waive the protection afforded by any statute or law in any jurisdiction (e.g., California Civil Code S1542) whose purpose, substance and/or effect is to provide that a general release shall not extend to claims, material or otherwise, which the person giving the release does not know or suspect to exist at the time of executing the release.
