Early Check-in. Players may check-in at Mexico Lindo between 5pm to 9pm ( 6690 Koll Center Pkwy, Pleasanton, CA 94566 ).
Player's can only check-in early if the manager has sent a finalized roster by the due date.
Players must present a government issued ID at check-in
Players must still play in a game Saturday to be able to play Sunday.

Parking is an unfortunate challenge at the fields. This is the largest soccer facility in Livermore for the event. We have spread teams out to help manage this. Additional details in the Field Map section.
Player check-in is between fields 2 and 3 on Saturday prior to their first game. See the field map below for the location.
Check-in will open at 7:00am
Players must confirm their acceptance of the terms, conditions, and waivers at check-in and receive a wrist band that is to be used for the entirity of the weekend.

There is no check-in on Sunday.

Players must have checked-in and played a game on Saturday. Lost wristbands will cost $20 to reissue after confirmation of a game played on Saturday. If a player can not be confirmed as having played on Saturday then the tournament staff reserves the right to withhold the wristband despite the player or manager's claims.

There are no medical services onsite. For medical emergencies or crimes in progress dial 9-1-1. For non-emergencies / non-life threatening situations call 925-371-4987.

Parking: There are two sides to the park where you can find parking. It is recommended that everyone carpool since parking is limited.

Rules

Restrictions.

No BBQs are allowed at the park other than those provided by the park district in permanent designated areas. Anyone onsite who brings their own BBQ will be asked to remove it, potentially by the park rangers.

No alcohol is permitted at the event. Anyone with alcohol may be asked to leave by the park rangers.

No outside vendors are allowed unless they have a health permit and have specifically registered for a permit by the park district to be at the park.

Banned Players: The June Cup is under the jurisdiction of the OSSSL and as such the list of banned players are not allowed in this tournament. You can view the list of banned players here.

Roster size. 22 players

Saturday requirement. Players must play in at least one game Saturday to be eligible for Sunday play!

Player's must have an official government issued ID in hand. No pictures of an ID will be accepted. No ID without a photo of the player will be accepted.

Age requirements, during the year of 2026.

Over 30:

Women must turn at least 25 in 2026.
Men must turn at least 30 in 2026.

Half length. 30 minutes for Saturday seeding.

Half length. 30 minutes for Sunday single elimination.

Half time. 5 minutes.

Decisions of the referees are final; protests will not be accepted.

This is a friendship-based tournament. As such, teams are expected to act accordingly, keeping in mind that people need to work after the tournament. Teams often share in food, drink, and shade. Players help each other after collisons and after fouls. Any player, spectator, or supporter who acts in a disrespectful and disruptive manner will be suspended from the remainder of the tournament and may have to discuss their behavior with local authorities. In cases where someone is being disruptive the referee may call the game early and the outcome will be discussed with the tournament director.

Player Conduct

Referee or player assault will result in a lifetime ban.

Red cards will result in the suspension of the player for the remainder of the tournament.

A red card penalty includes the team playing short a player for each card given for the remainder of the game.

Yellow cards will result in a 10-minute cool down period for the receiving player.

No sliding/slide tackles within playing distance of other players. Dangerous play and tackling may result in a card at the refree's discretion.

Referee Authority and Review Committee

The referees have authority over the conduct of the game. Not the tournament director.

The referee coordinator will be onsite and any concerns with referee conduct can be brought to his attention during the game so he may observe for post-game review.

The center referee's awarded cards (in three-person squads or the senior referee in two-person squads) will be discussed and confirmed by a committee at the end of the game. If the committee has any questions for the player or managers, the committee will approach as appropriate. The managers and players should not approach the committee to petition.

Gender & Other Requirements

This is a co-ed tournament. To maintain the spirit of this friendship tournament there are restrictions in place.

22 players allowed per roster, any combination of gender on the roster
You are allowed up to 5 male field players, not including keeper. You can play with as many women as you want on the field (including an all women team).

Scoring

The tournament will adhere to a 10-point scoring system.

6 points for a win
3 points for a tie
0 points for a loss
1 point per goal; maximum of 3 points awarded per game
1 point for a shutout
No friendship goal differential penalty for 2026

Ranking: In case of a tie in tallied points the following tie-breakers shall be used.

Ties on Sunday: If the teams are tied at the end of regulation play the teams will go directly to a shoot-out. The eligible players are the players on the field at the end of regulation play.

5 initial players shall be chosen consisting of 3 women and 2 men
The 5 players will take a position number one through five, with odd numbers being women and even numbers being men. Woman-Man-Woman-Man-Women.
Teams will alternate shooting; both position one, then both position two, etc.
If the teams are tied after the first 5 players then 1 new player will be chosen from each team. Alternating genders based on the 5 initial players.
If the teams are tied after the next players then 1 new player will be chosen from each team again.
This odd and even pattern will continue, one at a time until there is no longer a tie.
Once all field players have cycled through and if a tie remains, the contest will start again with position one, head to head, until there is no longer a tie.
In the case that teams are fielding more women than men at the conclusion of regulation play, then a woman may fill in for the man's shootout position.

Decisions of the referees are final; protests will not be accepted.

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the June Cup invitational co-ed soccer tournament, I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE TOURNAMENT ORGANIZING COMMITTEE, THE LIVERMORE AREA RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT THE O.S.S.S.L., P.A.S.S., F.A.C.E.S., IT’S COUNCIL, IT’S OFFICIALS AND COMMISSIONERS, DANNY WILLIAMS, VOLUNTEERS, AND THE CITY OF LIVERMORE, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN SAID TOURNAMENT. I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this tournament. I further understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during soccer matches and that participants occasionally sustain mortal, serious personal injuries or property damage. Knowing the risk associated with playing soccer, nevertheless, I hereby agree to personally assume those risk and release and hold harmless all the persons and/or entities previously mentioned who, through negligence or carelessness, or any other act or omission might otherwise be liable to me or my heirs, executors, assigns or administrator for damages of any kind. I further agree to indemnify and to hold the above mentioned parties free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which I may occur as a result of any injury and/or property damage that I may sustain while participating in this tournament/activity. I am fully aware that the above mentioned parties carry no medical insurance for any participant and that I am solely responsible for securing my own insurance and that my team is responsible for securing its own insurance. My participation is voluntary and is done at my own risk. I agree to accept and abide by the rules and regulations set by the tournament organizing committee, volunteers, the City of Livermore, the L.A.R.P.D., O.S.S.S.L., F.A.C.E.S, D.A.S.L and P.A.S.S. In addition to the rules there are also standards of behavior called the “code of conduct” My signature on this form indicates that I agree to abide by the rules of the “code”. Failure to abide by these rules may result in disciplinary action which may result in my suspension from this activity for life, depending on the severity of my actions. This release is intended to discharge in advance all sponsoring and affiliated organizations from any and all liability arising out of negligence or carelessness on their part which might contribute to a claim for damages as a result of my participation in this tournament. Furthermore, I waive the protection afforded by any statute or law in any jurisdiction (e.g., California Civil Code S1542) whose purpose, substance and/or effect is to provide that a general release shall not extend to claims, material or otherwise, which the person giving the release does not know or suspect to exist at the time of executing the release.
